All orders must be PREPAID prior to print. Credit card orders will allow for fastest service. We also accept checks or money orders and the payment must be receive in full before printing, by filling out Order Form and send back to us. (Order Form in PDF format)
■ Returns Policy:
- Because the nature of these signs are customized so it can not be returned for credit or refund unless there is a problem with printing that is our mistake.
■ Color Matching:

Due to differences in program and resolution of computer inks color may be variation between color proof and color on the actual signs is expected.

How much is shipping for 100 signs and stakes?
We charge a flat fee of $65 for shipping ( for every 100 signs & stakes packages) from the manufacturer warehouse to your door or $20 to SIGN DEPOT, 1813 E.Colonial, Orlando, FL 32803 for you to pick up.
What if I don’t want stakes and only 100 signs?
Shipping in this case will be $40 for 100 signs alone.
I don’t see your shipping on smaller orders, how can I get an estimate?
Please feel free to email us or call our office for other shipping estimates.
Can I pay COD or send a check and still have my signs shipped the same day?
We must receive full payment before processing any orders. Therefore, we do not offer COD. However, we do accept checks and will process your order once it has been received and cleared by the bank.
I’ve already approved my artwork and am ready to order, what now?
You must fill out our downloadable order form and fax it to the number listed. If you have already approved your artwork and your form has been sent, we can then consider this as confirmation and begin working on your order.
How long will it take to print and ship my signs?
If you confirm your order with us by noon Eastern Time (approve your artwork and send a completed order form) we can print and ship your signs the same day.
How long will it take to ship to me and how do you ship your orders?
We ship with UPS ground and shipping times usually vary from 2-6 business days depending on which state you live in, call or email us for your shipping estimate.
How long do these signs last?
Our signs are UV protected and generally last 2-5 years both indoors and outdoors.
What are your signs made of?
Our signs are made of 4-mil weather-proof corrugated plastic, a light weight polypropylene plastic material. Brand names are Coroplast and Cor-x is weather resistant.
Do you offer a proof for my sign?
We offer free proofs for any orders (signs, banners, magnetic signs, and our aluminum signs). You can either email us at designmysign@aol.com or fax us toll free at 1-866-341-9394. Be sure to include your artwork, wording, or any information you would like printed on your sign. If you are faxing a request, please be sure to include the email address/fax number you would like your proof to be sent to.
What files would I email to you if I needed a proof?
We can open JPG, GIF, TIF, PDF, and DOC files.
The proof I received looks jagged, will my signs look like this when they are printed?
On some computers the resolution may differ and appear pixilated. Upon your request, we can send you a JPG image for an accurate proof. We do print and produce clean and crisp signs on our orders, a 100% money back guarantee.
What if I need to change the proof I’ve received?
Please email the changes you would like to us so that the designer can recreate your artwork.
Do you offer name riders?
Yes, we offer riders in 9”x24”, 6”x24”, or 6”x18”.
Do you make special die cuts for your signs?
No, we do not offer special cuts for our signs. All our signs are either square or rectangular.
If I have a certain SPOT, PMS, or CMYK color can you reproduce it?
We can only print the colors listed on our site (solid spot colors) and are unable to match custom colors. Please go to our home page and click on Background Colors and Print Colors available on the right hand side for our available coroplast and print colors.
Do you make full color prints?
Yes, we do. Please check Fullcolor Signs page to know our current feature sizes and some print samples.
Do you make full bleeds?
All of our signs come with a 1” border around the edge that cannot be printed on. Our 18”x24” signs do offer colored bleeds (see our coroplast colors) since these signs come pre-colored, however, we cannot print outside of this border.
Do you charge for colored backgrounds?
If you choose a coroplast color other than yellow or white, we do charge a $30 background fee for each 100 signs and a $15 background charge for each 20-50 signs.
What if I wanted to print a different layout on the back of my sign?
We can print the front of your sign differently from the back for an additional $65 second screen set-up.
I wanted to order coroplast signs but I only need a few, do you have minimum orders?
Yes, you must order at least 10 signs for our 18”x24” size. All other sizes printed in 1 color must be a minimum of 25 signs; if you order more than 1 color we can print a minimum of 10 signs.
Do you offer discounts for large volume orders?
